Documentary: Rough Edit Screening Feedback Results

Today we carried out several screenings of our documentary to our target audience of 16-19 year olds. We then asked the 15 viewers to fill out questionnaires.

From the feedback we have found out the following things:

  • Our target audience was able to easily indentify what the documentary is about.
  • Our target audience likes the documentary.
  • Our target audience feels that the documentary appeals to a target audience thanks to the topic being discussed and the music used.
  • Our target audience would like to watch the rest of the documentary.
  • Our target audience likes the use of facts, video screenshots and the interview aspects of the documentary. One viewer also liked the fact that a teenager presented the documentary.
  • Our target audience feels that we should interview more people other than Mr Parker. This matches with the results from the online audience feedback.

After reviewing the feedback, we can do the following things to improve our documentary:
  • We could include small vox pop interviews with teenagers.
