Test Camera Shots

We carried out a variety of test camera shots so we could see what the final filming of the different shots will look like. It also allowed us to experiment with different compositions of the shots before filming the final version.

The first shot is of the presenter walking towards to the camera. The second shot is what the filming will look like when the camera pans round to follow the presenter into the building. After taking this shot we have decided that a long shot is not appropriate for this shot. We have therefore decided to use a medium shot as it will create a stronger connection between the audience and the presenter.

This shot is a test shot of the shot where the presenter is talking to the camera whilst sitting at a computer.

This shot is a test shot of the camera composition for the interview.

As we are going to film some of the footage on the computer via a piece of screen filming software, we have take some screen-shots of some of the things we will be filming. By doing this it has helped us decide what shall be onscreen and what won't onscreen.
